At Mimmy's House A Personal Chef Service we offer In-Home and Off-Site Catering for all of your catering needs. Mimmy's House will prepare the food for your event and have it ready for you to pick up at our kitchen in Scotia, NY. For an additional charge Mimmy's House A Personal Chef Service will deliver and set up your food at your location. Mimmy's House requires all orders to be placed 1-2 weeks in advance for your smaller events (10 to 150 people) and a minimum of one month for your larger more formal events (Over 150 people). For all of these functions you will be required to tend the food tables and do all clean up once Chef Laura and her staff have set up your event.

Mimmy's House A Personal Chef Service offers Team Building (2-20 People): The cornerstone of any business is teamwork. Cooking focuses on a combined goal, time management and discovering individual talents that can help the team. Open communication and participation is crucial in a kitchen environment.
