My grandma was a good cook and a tremendous baker. I spent many days, sitting at her kitchen table watching as she measured a little of this, and a handful of that, and a splash of something else, and mixing it until it "felt right". Everything she touched turned into a wonderful treat. I have also worked along side my mother Jean La Crosse, in her kitchen and developed my own gifts by learning from my mom's examples. I am so grateful to have developed a love for cooking, based on the love that was given to me by my mother and grandmother.

Cooking is therapy to me. I have spent hundreds of hours in the kitchen planning, coordinating, and cooking for personal chef clients, victorian teas, catered ribbon cutting ceremonies, ground breaking ceremonies, wedding receptions for 250+, wedding anniversaries, birthday parties, church events, in home gourmet dinner parties and many wonderful evenings around my own kitchen table with my family and friends. I hope to use my cooking and event planning expertise to give you and your family many evenings of dinner satisfaction and enjoyment

Chef Laura is registered with the NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets and scored a 94 on her food safety handler's exam, the highest grade in her class. She has her Associates Degree In Applied Sciences from Sage College of Albany. Chef Reynolds has worked as the Special Events Coordinator for Holiday on the Avenue and Cruisin' on the Avenue; annual events attended by thousands in the Village of Scotia, NY. She has also worked for the Scotia Village BID Dictrict and was a substitute Fine Arts Teacher for 8 years with Scotia Glenville and Niskauyuna School Districts.  

Her Biggest fans are her husband, Todd and her son, Matt! Their favorites are Mixed Berry Pancakes and Apple Horseradish Meatloaf and Zuppa Di Pesche..
